A little Bit About Myself & Why I Started Wealth Dynasty...

My name is Kyle Gillingham, born on April 16, 1992, and I live in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, on a piece of land that carries a story as rugged and determined as I am. My journey to founding Wealth Dynasty is deeply personal, rooted in resilience, and fueled by a passion to help others escape their own struggles, just as I have.

A few years back, my girlfriend and I moved into an old, neglected house on a vacant property, hoping to make it our home. But it wasn’t as simple as just moving in. The place had been left to rot – the foundation was caving in, there was no electricity or running water, and we were essentially starting from scratch.

For almost two years, we made do without the comforts most take for granted. Every day felt like a survival exercise: walking to the outhouse through the woods, piecing together an ancient wood stove to keep warm, and boiling water.

One day, my luck started to shift. While exploring the property, I uncovered an old well buried in the ground. With some makeshift repairs, I hooked up the old garden hose lines I found and, to my relief, water began flowing into the house.

That moment was huge—it felt like I was slowly reclaiming this place from its neglected past. As I did odd construction jobs on the side to make ends meet, I managed to gather salvaged items clients were ready to throw away. An old fridge, a washing machine, even a pressure tank—all found a second life here.

Winter nights in northern Ontario were brutal, often plunging below minus 10 inside the house. Some nights, the fridge would stop working entirely, and I would wake up to frozen water pipes and a house barely warm enough to sleep in. My two huskies didn’t seem to mind, but it was a test of endurance for us.

Piece by piece, I kept fixing things. One day, a client was remodeling their bathroom, and I managed to snag an old toilet that was, ironically, older than I was. I cleaned it up like new, roughed in some plumbing, and finally had a working bathroom. When I excavated the foundation, I discovered an intact septic tank—a reminder that this house once had running water, electricity, and a life that had been left behind. I braced the foundation walls, pouring concrete and rebar to reinforce them and keep the house standing. Little by little, I was transforming what was once an unlivable wreck into something we could actually call home.

During those years, I also worked for a construction company, doing long hours in surveying and road construction, a field I loved but soon realized wasn’t giving me the life I wanted. I was living paycheck to paycheck, coming home exhausted to a cold, half-repaired house. It didn’t take long for me to realize that this cycle wouldn’t get me where I wanted to be. I began researching ways to break out of it, and the answer was closer than I’d thought:

e-commerce and digital marketing.

Before I found my footing in e-commerce and digital marketing, I struggled immensely with finances. I’ve been through the agony of being buried under tens of thousands of dollars in debt, teetering on the edge of bankruptcy, and feeling the hopelessness that can come from financial hardship. But I was determined not to stay in that place forever. I wanted freedom—not just financially, but freedom to live a life on my own terms, to never again feel bound by the daily grind of a 9-to-5.

That’s when Wealth Dynasty was born. It’s more than just a business; it’s a way to help others escape the daily grind, just as I did. I’ve been in the trenches, facing financial struggle, discomfort, and hard labor, and I know how important financial freedom can be. Wealth Dynasty is about helping people break free from limits, showing them that there’s a way to build wealth, security, and a future that doesn’t rely on a 9-to-5 grind. It’s the path I took, and now, I want to help others find theirs.

My journey here has taught me that even the hardest situations can be turned around. For anyone who’s ever felt stuck, overwhelmed by their circumstances, or unable to see a way out, I’ve been there. Wealth Dynasty is here to show that it’s possible to build a life of abundance from the ground up—because that’s exactly what I did. And now, I’m here to help others do the same.
